KGN Holidays – Your Trusted Travel Partner

These terms apply to all holiday packages booked through KGN Holidays.

These rules apply to anyone who books a holiday package from KGN Holidays in Colombo, Sri Lanka. They explain what KGN Holidays will do, what the customer must do, and what happens if there are changes or problems.

By booking with us, you agree to these terms. Once a customer books a package, it is assumed they have read and accepted all these rules.

Every person who books any holiday package from KGN Holidays must follow these same rules. No one gets special rules unless written separately.

Booking Means Acceptance

Once a customer books a package, it is assumed they have read and accepted all these rules, even if they did not read every line carefully.

Our Services

What We Offer:

Holiday Packages Only

KGN Holidays mainly sells complete holiday packages, not small individual services.

Customization:

Tailor-Made Travel Itineraries

KGN Holidays can create custom trips based on what the customer wants like places, dates, activities, and budget.

Support:

Travel Guidance and Support

KGN Holidays helps customers with advice, planning, and support before and during the trip.

Important Note:

No Separate Bookings

We do not sell flights, visas, or hotels separately. They are included only as part of a full holiday package.

Booking Confirmation

Confirmation Process:

A Booking is Confirmed Only After:

  • Agreement on package details – Both KGN Holidays and the customer must agree on the trip plan, price, and services.
  • Payment of required advance – The customer must pay the required deposit or advance amount.
  • Written confirmation from KGN Holidays – KGN Holidays must send a message, email, or document confirming the booking. Until this is done, the booking is not final.

Payments

Clear Terms:

Payment Terms Shared Before Booking

Customers will be told how much to pay, when to pay, and how to pay before confirming.

Flexibility:

Full or Partial Payment May Be Required

Sometimes you must pay everything at once; sometimes only part of it first.

Important:

Late Payments May Cause Cancellation

If the customer does not pay on time, KGN Holidays can cancel the booking.

Changes & Cancellations

Modifications:

Changes Depend on Availability and Supplier Rules

If a customer wants to change dates, hotels, or plans, it depends on whether suppliers (hotels, transport, guides) allow it.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Charges May Apply

If the customer cancels, they may have to pay a fee.

Refund Policy:

Some Payments May Be Non-Refundable

Some money paid cannot be returned, even if the trip is cancelled.

Travel Documents

Your Responsibility:

Customers Are Responsible For:

  • Passports
  • Visas
  • Travel insurance
  • Health and safety documents

Customers must arrange and check all their own travel documents.

Our Role:

KGN Holidays Provides Guidance

KGN Holidays can advise, but they are not responsible if documents are missing, expired, or rejected.

Limitations:

Not Responsible for Events Beyond Control

If there are problems like weather, strikes, political issues, or natural disasters, KGN Holidays is not responsible for losses caused by those events.

Acceptance

By booking, you accept all terms. When a customer books, they legally and morally agree to follow all these rules.
